The personal data of the users are collected and registered only and solely to be able to guarantee a proper fruition of the desired service and will never noticed to foreign subject at the allocation trial of the same service.

The principal of the data's treatment is the Agriturismo Fariello, that undertake to take care of the user's privacy of the art.13 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 (Rules regarding the protection of the personal data), that receive the governing 95/46/CE regarding the protection of the personal data, and still less the governing 2002/58/CE on the custody of the personal data into the electronics communication.

The interested subject has power to practise the foreseen claims of the art. 7 of the D.Lgs. 196/03 and in particular to have a confrimation of the existence of the data that can look at, to obtain the annulment of the treated data in the violation of the mentioned law and to obtain the renovation and the correction of the own personal data, according the modality and in the scheduled circumstances of the same law. In any moment, besides, exercising the right of recess from all the requested services, will be possible ask the total cancellation of the furnished data.
